IP & Licensing

Build it on your own soil.

Every Cherub system is designed for distributed manufacturing. License the design, the know-how and our integration support — and produce it in-house, at the scale and pace your mission demands.

Air-gapped by design

None of our technical data is stored on this website or on any internet-connected server. Data packages are prepared offline and handed over in person, after vetting, NDA and export approval. The drawings on this page are simplified illustrations drawn in your browser — nothing here is a technical data package.

Licence models

Pay for the design your way.

Flexible pathways to acquire our technology — from a single licence for unlimited production to licences per unit or per batch.

One-time licence

A lump-sum licence for unlimited manufacturing. You own your production from day one.

Unit-based licence

Pay per unit produced — a low barrier to entry for drone manufacturers who need tested, working systems.

Batch licence

Licences for defined production batches, at discounted pricing. Scale up when your programme does.

How it works

From briefing to production.

Every licence starts with a conversation. Technical data only changes hands offline, once all approvals are in place.

  1. Briefing

Tell us what you need to field. First conversations are confidential, and no technical data is shared at this stage.

  2. Vetting & agreement

Organisational vetting, NDA, licence agreement and export approval.

  3. Offline handover

We prepare the data package offline and hand it over in person, with the know-how to use it.

  4. Production & support

You manufacture on your own soil. We support integration, training and updates.

Licensing enquiries

Discuss a licence.

Tell us which system you are interested in, your programme and your timeline. Full technical portfolios and licensing terms are shared after organisational vetting.

  • Products — off the shelf, or configured to your requirements
  • Custom R&D — hardware, mechanical interfaces and subsystem logic, built for your mission
  • IP licensing — one-time, unit-based or batch licences
